This service gathers the supply of a guide and individual material (mountain bike, helmet...) for each person.
 Groups are in general of 8 people.
 The average duration of the service is from 3 to 4 hours.
 We practise mainly this activity on causse in the neighbourhoods of Rodez which offers varied courses, more or less sporting, or more centered on the discovery of nature.
 Les Palanges offers a very beautiful site of practice but much more athletic than the causse.
 We use the sites of Aubrac for great descents.
